Galactagogue ingredients (Oats, Brewers yeast & Flaxseed are foods that may help to increase your breast milk supply. They are also family friendly anyone and everyone can enjoy them. If you want to share I have sourced certified organic ingredients to provide ingredients of the highest quality.
Just about all of my baked goods come DAIRY FREE i use coconut oil, not butter.
I understand first hand that most new mother’s barely have time to have a bite to eat, let alone cook something yummy for themselves. My goodies provide an easy, healthy and convenient snack that doesn’t require any preparation if you choose pre made.

Your cookies will stay fresh in it’s original packaging:
In the pantry for 2 months or 6 months in the freezer.
All other goodies have a 6 month shelf life.
Capsules have a 1 year shelf life.
1-4 cookies a day
You are able to consume as many as you feel comfortable with. Any spare baked goodies can be popped into the freezer to eat at a later date.
Make sure to drink plenty or water, eat healthy and rest as much as possible.
I have been told my products are addicitive and hard to stop at one.
Certified loose leaf organic nursing tea
Comes in individual tea bags which can be re-use just keep in a little plastic bag or container.
You may drink as many cups of tea as you like and it can be served with or without milk and/or sugar.
Flaxseed, Brewers yeast, Oats and Chia seeds
Blend or shake with your choice of, fruit, cinnamon, ice cream topping, liquid etc. Sprinkle over yoghurt, muesli or even an acai bowl. Options are endless.

1-2 cups per day
Bake at home kits
All you have to do is add coconut oil or butter, an egg and vanilla.
Beat, Mix and bake.
Capsules for mummies
Flaxseed, oats and brewers yeast in a vegetable gum capsule.
1-2 capsules 2-3 times a day
Chocolate ball mix
All you have to do is add Coconut oil and Rice malt syrup or Honey. Makes approx. 12-14 balls depending on size.
